Managed Services |Three levels of services for solar electric systems

Although solar electric systems have no moving parts and there is minimal maintenance required, the system still requires monitoring for maximum output. The system monitoring service allows us to keep track of your system and rectify any problems that may arise. We offer three levels of managed services:

• Premium Package: A proactive approach to system management, which includes periodic system check visits every 6 months, 24/7 system monitoring and predefined problem resolution time within the contract.
• Basic Package: 24/7 system monitoring with periodic system checks every year.
• On call services: 24/7 system monitoring and on-call services at reduced rates.
